We believe that students are entitled to quality housing whether they live on-campus or off. Our team will always advocate to Williamsburg City Council and local groups for livable conditions in student housing.

A good relationship between the students of William & Mary and the residents of the City of Williamsburg is good for everyone. We will work with members and leaders of the greater Williamsburg community to create positive and amicable relationships between students and residents. Additionally, we incorporate students, William & Mary leadership, and neighbors to reduce tensions between residents and students in off-campus housing in the areas surrounding campus.
