Hello Tribe!

Hello William & Mary, we are Nico and Sophie and we are beyond thrilled to be running as your Student Assembly Presidential and Vice Presidential candidates. W&M has given us room to grow and find our communities, and we can't imagine a better way to give back. Every student deserves their voice to be heard and taken seriously, and we are committed to accountability and following through with our word. 

Student assembly has two main roles: allocating the student activity fee through budget allocation, and advocating for students. Our administration will continue to be transparent and communicative during the allocation of funds both on the finance (executive) side and on the senate side through bills. We will remain open and collaborative with our finance department and senate to ensure the optimal use of your student activity fee. Additionally, on the advocacy side, we believe that students' voices need to be heard, and elevated through platforms to make a difference and meaningful ways to do so. We will work diligently with each of the ten departments to ensure their advocacy missions are fulfilled and supported.

We are dedicated to enact the policies we outline during this campaign and implement policies we hear from student voices. We are so excited for the chance to work for you, with you to help our community at William & Mary thrive!
