Revit Floorplan

This is a one story home, located in Arizona. There are 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. When you enter the home through the front door there is a 15x14 den area on your right and a mudroom on your left. The mudroom contains a coat closet, cubbies, the guest half bathroom, and access to the 2 car garage. As you walk further into the home there is the grand room with the kitchen, dining room, and living room. This is a large space, great for entertaining, and the kitchen includes a large island, a coffee bar, pantry, and plenty of cabinets for storage. To the left of the grand room is the large master bedroom with a huge master bathroom and a walk-in closet with laundry. To the right of the grand room is a hallway leading to the other 3 bedrooms. One of them has a private bathroom and the other 2 share the bathroom accessible from the hallway. This wing of the house also has a separate laundry room in the hallway. The large sliding glass doors in the grand room lead out to the luxurious backyard.

Revit Elevations

I used a neutral color palette because I envisioned this design somewhere in Arizona near the desert. I used large windows to let in the Arizona sun and light up the home. The large sliding glass doors lead to the backyard which has room for an eating are or other outdoor furniture. There is an inground fire pit area, as well as an inground pool with a hot tub. I also design an outdoor kitchen area with plenty of seating because I think this backyard is perfect for entertaining.

Roof Plan

I wanted to keep a simple roof design while still trying to give the front elevation some complexity. The two side wings of the home have roofs coming to front to create peaks and the grand room has a wide roof covering it in the other direction.
