1. Technical support
Contact the Google Sites Support Helpdesk for questions about accessing your course or navigating the technology.
Google Chrome is the recommended browser for accessing this course hosted on Google sites (Mozilla Firefox and Microsoft Edge should also work well). Ensure that your web browser is updated to the latest version.
Ensure that you have a stable and reasonably fast internet connection for a seamless experience when viewing this site.
2. General course queries
If you have a question about course administration or course content, contact Mueletshedzi.Ndwambi@wits.ac.za. Emails will be attended to within 48 hours.
Also make use of the discussion forums for peer-to-peer support. Please note that the instructor will also monitor this forum and accordingly respond to your queries.
3. Services for students with disabilities
We have made every effort to ensure that this course is accessible. Students with disabilities needing appropriate academic adjustments should contact the instructor at the beginning of the course to ensure that your needs are met in a timely manner.

Visit the Counselling and Careers Development Unit (CCDU) website for more information on various mental health and wellness topics.
Students who would like to contact a counsellor for either personal, career or life coaching purposes can email the CCDU at ccdu@wits.ac.za and leave their contact details, and one of the staff members will respond.
The Unit can also be contacted telephonically on 011 717 9140 during office hours (08h00-14h00) from Monday to Friday.
