The following instructions are intended for Survey Users who have been assigned a survey.
Visit https://cimerprojectportal.org/#/ by selecting the link within the invitation email you received from your Event Administrator.
Enter the login credentials provided in the invitation email and select “Log In”. If you already have a CIMER profile, you may use your existing login credentials. Note: If needed, select “Forgot Password” to receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password.
Navigate to the Surveys to Take page by either using the My Surveys tab or selecting the CIMER Assessment Platform icon. The My Surveys page will display all surveys that have been assigned to your email account.
On the My Surveys page, click on the survey name to open a new page and access the survey questions. Surveys that have been completed will be listed, but are no longer accessible.
On the survey page, answer all questions displayed for the current section. Click “Next” to continue to the next survey section. To revisit a previous section to review or change your answers, click the “Previous” button on the bottom right of the page.
Note: To save your progress with the current survey and complete at a later time point, click “Save and Close” on the bottom right of the page. When ready to complete the survey, navigate to the “My Surveys” tab and select the survey name.
Once all survey questions are completed, select “Submit” at the bottom right of the final survey page. Select “Yes” in the pop-up window to confirm your final answers and submit your survey. Once surveys are submitted, you will not be able to change your survey responses.
