The following instructions are intended for Project Administrators. When solving technical issues experienced by Survey Users attempting to access their survey, sometimes it is necessary to reset the password for the user profile. Project Administrators may only reset passwords for Survey Users who have been assigned a survey for Events within their Project.
Visit www.cimerprojectportal.org and log in using your username and password provided by CIMER.
Navigate to the User Search page by selecting “Survey Admin” > “User Search”.
Type in the Name and/or Email of the Survey User that needs their password reset and select “Search”.
Click the Edit Icon to the right of the Survey User’s email address. In some cases, more than one Survey User may be listed who matches the search criteria.
Type the new password into the New Password and Confirm Password fields. The password must contain at least 6 characters. Make a note of what the new password is, and then select “Change Password”. A “Password Successfully Changed.” notification will appear.
Send the Survey User an email with their new login credentials.
