Wellbeing

We know how important it is to continue with academic studies whilst working from home but it’s also really important that you look after yourself and keep yourself safe and well.

Thanks to organisations like the Mental Health Foundation, Mind, the NHS and many more, we’re able to share tried and tested strategies and resources with you to help you manage your wellbeing.

It’s up to you to decide what helps. If it works, keep doing it. If it doesn’t, stop and try something else.

Be open minded. Give things a try - self care is really important, especially when big changes happen in our lives.
