Being physically active everyday is great for our bodies and our minds.
Being active doesn’t have to mean going for a run – any form of physical movement can help – find something you enjoy and that suits your level of fitness and mobility.
It’s even better for us if we’re active outside so try and get some fresh air every day, the garden counts! Do remember to stay safe if you’re exercising outside of the home.
