About Hawk Orchestra
Director: Anne Huynh McTighe
The objective of Hawk Orchestra is to continue the development of fundamentals introduced in Beginning Orchestra. In addition to strong fundamentals, students will develop effective practice strategies and continue to improve on their ensemble skills. Students will perform a variety of music throughout the year including contemporary orchestra literature, classical, multi-cultural music, and pop music. Students are able to learn an instrument AND participate in choir. Click here to learn more about the objectives of technique classes.
