This course is designed to help students manage stress and learn healthy coping skills for facing the ups and downs of life. Students will first learn to recognize when their thoughts and emotions are negatively impacting their view of themselves and their relationships with others. Students will also learn skills to help them better manage the stress in their lives and become more self-confident in going after their personal goals.
