Flood of 1955

The Flood of 1955 devastated Connecticut.  Hurricane Connie and Hurricane Diane hit Connecticut one right after another leaving behind over 20 inches of rain causing Connecticut's Rivers to overflow.  The flood cost Connecticut over $200 million in damages.
