After the instruction, presenting information material and guidance, students will know how to develop and behave in their own presentation, delivering a speech of three minutes about a subject of their choice. Three grammar mistakes are accepted and tips presented must be followed with 100% accuracy.

Gain Attention: Ask learners how they feel about coming to the front and give a quick speech. Ask them to share experiences they have had speaking in public.
Build Motivation: Tell them how important public speaking is; use everyday life experiences as examples.
Tell the students they are going to watch a video. They will learn the steps to follow when preparing a presentation and tips to reduce anxiety and nervousness.
At this step, students will express what they think about public speaking after watching the video. There will be a discussion about it.
Learners will get a card with a topic of their choice and they must talk about it for three minutes. Click on the picture to access the cards, and the rubric for speaking evaluation is available on assessment page.
Learners will take another card home and prepare a three-minute speech as homework.
