Re-Create Art 3rd Period

I chose Absinthe Drinker made by Pablo Picasso. In my picture, it shows me thinking. If I could rename this art piece it would be "Day Dream." If the picture was taken a few minutes before I would be enjoying a nice cup of juice. I think the painting might be created because Pablo Picasso wanted to show the feeling of being lonely. This painting made me feel a sense of loneliness. I would ask the person what they are thinking about or if they are OK. Although this painting is interesting, I would't hang this painting in my room.

A dog is listening to music through the speaker. There's a speaker and he's looking directly at it. It was probably created to show what time they lived in. I'm proud of my photo because it doesn't look like it took a lot of work but it did. I would hang it in my bedroom because it was difficult and I got clawed and bit for it.

I picked this picture because most people don’t sit around and read books anymore so I decided to change it to what most people do, which is sit down and watch their phone.

I chose Son of Man by Rene Magritte was created in 1964 because of it's simplicity.

The fruits are laying in the bowl because it's a still life it doesn't move. This piece of art makes me feel curious. I would not hang a print of it in your bedroom because I like more of a realistic kind instead of still life and modern.

I chose Child With Cat (Julie Manet) by Pierre Auguste Renoir because it was so cute and charming. The cat looked so happy! (unlike mine) I do believe I should have done a little more to make it look like I was from the picture, but I thought the unicorn onesie was cute.

I chose to recreate The Starry Night by Vincent van Gogh. I chose this painting because this is one of my favorite paintings by Vincent van Gogh. I really enjoy the color contrasts and the beautiful details put into the painting.

I picked Woman with an Erminie by Leonardo da Vinci because of the light and depth of it. I thought that I could try to recreate that in a fun and interesting way! I wanted to incorporate my cat in the picture. The way the woman seems to look at something out of the frame intrigued me. I credit my mom and sister for helping me take the photo and set up a little studio.
