Students will explore the Popular Culture art movement with reference to key artists and explore key styles from artists such as Andy Warhol’s screen prints. During the term, students will explore colour theory used in Pop Art, painting techniques, mirror processes similar to printing techniques and compositional arrangements to support their production of their own Soup Can Painting.

Students will develop their own personal projects and develop their 3-dimensional skills in responding to a brief.
