September 2021
Welcome to the inaugural issue of our monthly digital newsletter. Here you will find updates regarding our Safe Return Plan, District Goals, Board policies and other Board actions, upcoming dates for your calendars, and lots of good news and photographs from around the school district. The NEWS Letter is just one of many efforts to increase engagement and to keep the school community informed. We hope you enjoy it and welcome any feedback at mmcgann@westfieldnjk12.org.
The first month of the new school year has gotten off to a great start. It has been a life-affirming experience to see our students and staff back in our classrooms and schools, laughing, listening, and learning. I wish all of you a healthy and happy school year.
