Week 23

This week we will continue our Roads Unit. We will answer the question: How do roads help people? Baby Echo will help us learn letter Uu. We will practice isolating the first sound in words we hear.  During Heggerty we will continue using our "chopping hands." We will blend and segment 1 syllable words. We will practice isolating the initial sound and then saying the remainder of the word. During our Language Awareness time we will be identifying rhymes within text.  During Math we will spend time taking away from a set, counting back, and writing numerals.
