Week 28

This week we will continue our Pets Unit. We answered the question: Where do pets live? Baby Echo will help us learn letter Zz. During Heggerty we will "punch up"  the final sound in words. We will continue using our "chopping hands." We will blend and segment 1 syllable words. We will also practice isolating the initial sound and then saying the remainder of the word. During our Language Awareness time we will be identifying rhymes within text.  Our rhyme song this week is Down by the Bay. During Math we will be creating graphs to compare sets that have more/less.
