Capstone Project

Research Project Overview

Students will develop writing that demonstrates a command of argumentative language as well as research, organization, MLA formatting, and revision strategies. Students will select a specific topic relating to The American Dream that has a provable component and uses persuasive language in order to persuade others to take a specific point of view on the chosen topic. Students will choose from the provided list or suggest a topic to be approved by the instructor.
