🎉 We have a New & Improved Training Experience!

We’re excited to announce a better way to complete your mandatory training! The district is launching a new Learning Management System (LMS) designed to deliver top-notch training all in one easy-to-access space.

Your required annual video training will be assigned in TalentLMS, our new training platform. The training is made up of short, easy-to-watch videos that you can complete at your own pace.

You will receive an email notification from TalentLMS once your training is ready. In that email, simply click the link to log in at https://wesdschools.talentlms.com.
No username or password is needed—just click the “Log in with SAML” button to get started.

Key Details:

• Start Date: You can begin anytime starting the first day of your work calendar.

• Due Date: All mandatory video modules must be completed by Friday, September 5, 2025.

• Once all videos are watched, your course will be automatically marked as complete.
