Q: How many hours per week must I work in order to qualify for health insurance benefits?

A: You are eligible to participate in the District's benefit package if you are a permanent, full-time employee of the District regularly working at least 30 hours or more per week, or a certified employee working one half-time or more.

• Did you know that any full-time employee could potentially be eligible for loan forgiveness?  It's not just for teachers.  

• Most qualifying employees never take advantage of the loan forgiveness.  

• Even if your loan is in default, there are still ways to put yourself into a situation where you can start earning loan forgiveness.
