I had gone to our biology teacher's (Mr Brian) class to help clean up and arrange all the cabinets. I had gone with a few friends as we thought it would take a really long time to clean. We started arranging the cabinets and putting all the stuff properly as the week before, we had an experiment and could not find a single equipment without asking Mr Brian. I felt like it wasted my time to complete the experiment as there were a lot of people waiting in line to ask him where things were kept. I started removing everything from the cabinets and putting it on the table first. Next, my friend Ruby and I labeled the cabinets with a slip and started to label each item on the table. After that, we arranged it by putting it back into the cabinets. As Mr Brian's classroom is basically a lab, there are harmful chemicals in the cabinets and so we could not remove them like how we did for the other items. I think the hardest part was to label the chemical cabinet and wash all the items which were beside the sink. To my luck, many people came to earn some CAS points and took up different responsibilities.
I learned that many people do not really clean up after they use the equipment in the lab and that they should put things in it's place once they are done using it. I also got to work with a few people which helped me re-socialize after staying at home for a while due to the covid lockdown. This was a great way of interacting with my friends and classmates while also helping out a teacher to clear their classroom.
