PRACTICING YOGA

I would say 2021 wasn't my best year, while being quarantined at home and being forced to do online school I developed my interest in Yoga.

The reason why I loved Yoga was that it helped calm me down, it stabilizes my mind and soul. I had yoga instructors on youtube to help me out, yoga instructors such as Yoga with Adrienne and Boho Beautiful. They're both amazing yoga instructors on youtube that allows you to tone your body and feel your body being healed piece by piece. Yoga has benefitted my mind, soul, and even my body health by stretching them out, I've never been more flexible.

I think Yoga is underrated among people our age because we tend to overthink things we can't change, in my own experience I think yoga has made me more peaceful and calm. It's hippie in a way but I think the power of yoga is to make you feel more grounded because the majority of the workout is breathing in and out, it allows you to think and feel very energized.
