My friends and I founded and started the Wells Smile Club in 2016. The Wells Smile Club is the club that works along with Operation of smiles and other international school smile clubs to raise funds and support children and people who have cleft lip and cleft palette. We did many things in this club such as asking for donations, setting up booths in fairs and etc. Since we have 4 leaders in the Smile Club, each leader is in charge of one thing. I am in charge of money. Being one of the leaders in Smile Club allowed me to be able to meet new people from different schools which help me develop to be a better communicator. Moreover, thinking about activities and setting up booths also made me a more creative person. Because I am the treasurer, I also need to be careful and a responsible person.
