LO 1: Identify own strengths and develop areas for growth

Running is my favorite form of exercise that I really enjoy. Because Running is an individual sport which requires lots of stamina and endurance, running makes me learn to do things by myself and to endure the pain until I reach the finish line. I've been to many runs such as color miles for smiles and run for the blind. I chose to participate in charity runs as it could benefit and support the society and the people who are in need. Moreover, going to runs also help me maintain my body and help my health to improve.
