Swimming

1: Identify own strengths and develop areas for growth

Since I was young, I have always enjoyed swimming. Swimming is the only sport that can make me feel relax. It is the only sport that my parents really encourage me to do as it can be useful in many occasions. Every time when I swim, the presence of the water help my body calm. I would say that this sport is one of my strengths as I've been swimming for a long time and I can do all of the swimming strokes in a fast pace.
