FAQ's

Your booth will be provided to you by Web Summit, and will be ready for you when you arrive on your designated exhibition day. You can access your booth from 7.30am on the morning of your exhibition day, and the venue will be open from 8.30am for all other attendees.

Exhibition days will be communicated to you by your success manager on or before November 6. Exhibition days will take place on either Tuesday 11, Wednesday 12, or Thursday 13 November. 

Please note we do not facilitate specific date requests. 

Our startup success team will be in touch in August with more information on how you can start preparing for Web Summit, including filling out your startup profile and applying to startup activations. 

Applications for startup activations will open in August. You will receive an application link and deadline in your official onboarding email from the startup success team.
