Arriving in Doha
Web Summit takes place in Doha from February 1-4, 2026. We recommend arriving in Doha on or before Sunday, February 1.
The exhibition begins at 8.30am on Monday, February 2, and will finish at 5pm on Wednesday, February 4.
On Sunday, February 1, you’ll be able to pre-register at the venue and avoid queuing on the exhibition days.
Visas
If travelling from outside of Qatar, please be sure to check if you need a visa to enter Doha. If you require a visa, we recommend applying as soon as you have secured your Web Summit Qatar ticket. Keep in mind that this process will take some time.
We do not liaise with the government of any country to provide visas. However, we are happy to provide a letter confirming your attendance at Web Summit Qatar.
Please note: We are unable to refund any tickets on the basis of failure to secure a visa.
Letter of attendance
If needed, we can provide each team member with a letter confirming their attendance in order to supplement their visa application. You can find more information here.
Registration
If you are in Doha before the event begins, we recommend that you pre-register. Our team will release more information about the registration areas shortly.
To register, you will need to download the official Web Summit Qatar app, which will launch in the weeks before the event. Once logged in to the app, you can find your QR code by tapping the QR icon on the bottom bar and selecting ‘My code’. Your QR code and photo ID will be required to register and collect your accreditation. Attendees must collect their own accreditation.
Please make sure all your ticket details are complete before registering at the venue.
