Your booth will be provided to you by Web Summit. On your assigned exhibition day, your exhibition booth and board will be ready when you arrive. You can access your booth from 7.30am on the morning of your assigned exhibition day. The venue will be open from 8.30am for all other attendees. You can see a render of your exhibition booth below:

Exhibition days will be communicated to you by your success manager on or before February 20. You will exhibit on either Monday 2, Tuesday 3, or Wednesday 4 February. Please note we do not facilitate specific date requests. 

Your startup success manager will be in touch in December with more information on how you can start preparing for Web Summit Qatar, including filling out your startup profile and applying to startup activations. There is no action required from you on this until then.

Applications for startup activations will open on November 27. You will receive an application link and deadline in your official onboarding email from the startup success team.
