FAQ

Your booth will be provided to you by Web Summit. On your assigned exhibition day, your exhibition booth and board will be ready when you arrive. You can access your booth from 7.30am on the morning of your assigned exhibition day. The venue will be open from 8.30am for all other attendees. You can see a render of your exhibition booth below:

Exhibition days will be communicated to you by your success manager on or before May 28. You will exhibit on either Tuesday 9, Wednesday 10, or Thursday 11 of June. Please note we do not facilitate specific date requests. 

The startup success team will be in touch on April 2 with more information on how you can start preparing for Web Summit Rio, including filling out your startup profile and applying to startup activations. There is no action required from you on this until April 2.

Applications for PITCH, Startup Showcase, Mentor Hours & 40 words have not opened yet. Applications will open in April and you will receive a link to apply and a deadline in your official onboarding email from the startup success team on this date.
