Your booth will be provided to you by Web Summit. On your assigned exhibition day, your exhibition booth and board will be ready when you arrive. You can access your booth from 7.30am on the morning of your assigned exhibition day. The venue will be open from 8.30am for all other attendees. You can see a render of your exhibition booth below:

Exhibition days will be communicated to you by the success team on or before April 30. You will exhibit on either Monday 11, Tuesday 12, or Wednesday 13 May. Please note we do not facilitate specific date requests. 

The startup success team will be in touch in March 2026 with more information on how you can start preparing for Web Summit Vancouver, including filling out your startup profile and applying to startup activations. There is no action required from you on this until March 2026.

Applications for startup activations will open in March. You will receive an application link and deadline in your official onboarding email from the startup success team.
