Step 1: Review your profile

When registering, be sure to include basic personal information on your profile.

If your headshot or profile information needs to be updated at any point, you can do this yourself directly via the app.

Step 2: Select your topics

Select the topics you’re most interested in. This will help us personalise your Feed in the app: powering suggestions of attendees you might want to connect with, activations and events you might like to attend, and talks at the event we think might interest you. These topics can be adjusted in your Feed along the way, as you engage more with the app and the event schedule.

High-quality headshots matter. Make sure you follow our profile headshot guidelines below. 

Photos should be:

• Taken straight-on, not from the side

• Including head and shoulders

• Cropped as a square (please avoid circular/porthole formats)

• 1,000 x 1,000 pixels minimum

• Preferably in colour, rather than monochrome/black and white

How do I create my own personal schedule for Web Summit?

Any talks you save, or meetings and activities you arrange via our app, will automatically appear in your personal schedule. You can view your personalised schedule in our app at any time.

I'm having trouble logging in to the Web Summit app. Can you help?

Of course! Follow these steps:

1. Make sure you have the most updated version of the mobile app.

2. Open the app and enter your login email or ticket reference.

3. Click 'Log in'. 

4. Check your inbox for an authentication email from us (it might be in your Spam folder).

5. Copy and paste the single-use code received into the app.

If you don't receive the authentication email...

Return to the app and click “Contact our support team” on the login page. Please include as much detail as possible to help us resolve the issue for you quickly.
