It's important to assign your tickets as soon as possible, as all individuals with a ticket assigned will receive our weekly updates.
Please follow this link to access your tickets.
To log in, enter the email address you used when purchasing your ticket package. You’ll then receive an email with a link to your personal ticket dashboard.
Click the link in your email or insert the OTP code. Your ticket package can be managed under ‘Manage tickets’. Click “Assign tickets” button to assign your tickets. Once a ticket gets assigned, it will be listed in the ‘Manage tickets’ page.

Complete your individual and company app profile
Please note: Once you log in to the Web Summit Rio app, your ticket will lock and you will no longer be able to transfer the ticket.
Please email the Startup Success team at startupsuccess.rio@websummit.com if you wish to make a change after the ticket has locked.
If you wish to purchase extra startup tickets for your company, please email the Startup Success team at startupsuccess.rio@websummit.com. Extra tickets will allow the same access as the initial three tickets in your startup package, and these team members will automatically receive the weekly emails from the Startup Success team.
To reassign a ticket, please log in here. You can go to the "Manage Tickets" section to reassign a ticket.

No, when a ticket has been assigned and the person has registered at the event it can no longer be reassigned and used by another team member.
Please assign your tickets at least five days before the event.
Please make sure you have downloaded the Web Summit mobile app before arriving to the venue. On arrival at registration, you will need to show your QR code, which you can find in the app. Once you have registered, you will be given your event accreditation (a wristband and lanyard). Both the wristband and lanyard are required to enter the venue each day of the event.
