Our goal on the Startup Success team is to help you navigate Web Summit Rio as smoothly as possible.

Your startup package

Depending on your track, your ticket package will include the following:

ALPHA package:

Five tickets to Web Summit Rio, giving each team member access to every day of the main event and access to our Night Summit events.
An exhibition booth for one of the three days complete with a printed exhibition board. The ALPHA booth dimensions are 1000mm (W), 2400mm (H), 500mm (D).
Opportunity to apply for startup activations, including our world-renowned PITCH competition, Startup Showcase, Mentor Hours and 40 words.
Access to the Web Summit Rio mobile app, where you can curate a personalised schedule and build connections before and during the event.
Company branding and a feature on our website and within our networking app.
Access to the Startup Lounge.
A dedicated Startup Success team to help you with event preparations.

BETA package:

Five tickets to Web Summit Rio, giving each team member access to every day of the main event and access to our Night Summit events.

The Startup Success team

Each company will receive news and updates via email from the Startup Success team to help prepare for the event.

The Startup Success team is your best point of contact, and will send weekly email updates in the weeks leading up to the event.

Your weekly emails

To receive additional Web Summit updates, please make sure to update and complete your ticket details. All email addresses assigned a ticket from your ticket package will be included in email communications from the Startup Success team.

For information on assigning your tickets, check out this page. If any additional team members not attending the event would like to receive email communications, please inform us.

Please note:
Web Summit Rio's startup teams are based in Ireland and Portugal. We aim to respond to any queries as efficiently as possible and within one to two days, but please consider potential time differences when contacting the team.
