Where can I find my Web Summit ticket?
To access the event you will need to download our Web Summit app, which will be available to download soon.
Once you've logged in to the app (using the login details in your onboarding email), your ticket QR code can be found under 'My Ticket' in the profile menu.
You do not need a printed ticket. Just bring your government-approved photo ID along with you and you will be good to go during registration.
You can collect your accreditation either at Lisbon Airport (opening hours below) or onsite at Web Summit at Main Registration, at Pavilhão de Portugal beside the MEO Arena. Both airport registration and Main registration are open from Saturday November 8.
Media have a dedicated priority entrance into Main Registration so you don’t have to queue with other attendees. Look for the entrance that says ‘Speaker, Chairperson, Guest, Media, VIP and Platinum Investor’.
