Scenario #3: Adding New Attributes to an Open Challenge

John also wants to reward his team for logging a new FAQ into their knowledge base. Here's how John adds a new attribute to the challenge.

1. Go to the Support Challenge

2. Click on the Related tab

3. Create new Attributes under the RDS Challenge Attributes section

4. On the Attribute field, you can either choose an existing attribute or create a new one. Select New RDS Attribute & create attribute with below info:

5. Continue adding Attributes with below information:

6. By refreshing the Support Challenge record, you should see a new attribute added to the challenge.

Review All Attributes

John wants to see all attributes created

1. On the Home tab under RDS Trialforce app, click More to see all attributes
