System Requirements

  • Salesforce Professional Edition or higher - NOT a trial edition of Salesforce

1. Install the Package from the AppExchange - Please install for ALL USERS

2. Assign the Licenses to the users that need to view RIO DriveSuccess Information

3. Assign the Permission Set to the Users that need to use RIO DriveSuccess

4. Configure the Page Layouts

5. Enable the Sub-Tab Feature in the User Profile

6. Configure RIO DriveSuccess Options

7. Trial Testing
