Hi! I have been teaching 6th grade at WYWLA since 2016. I graduated from NC State University with a degree in Middle Grades Language Arts and Social Studies. Please don't ask me to pick a favorite subject because I love them both for different reasons! I also help to lead run club with Mrs. Stearns!

Outside of school, I enjoy supporting the NC State Wolfpack. I am an avid reader--I tend to pick up historical fiction and fantasy, but I'm always accepting recommendations. I also love fitness, everything from running to yoga, and even jump rope!
