 Have a high school diploma and completed some college coursework

REPORTING RELATIONSHIP: On site, this position reports directly to the Facility Attendant on site.

WORKING CONDITIONS:

· Must be able to physically perform the basic life operations functions of fingering, grasping, talking, hearing and repetitive motions.

· Must be able to perform sedentary and active work exerting up to 50 pounds of force.

· Employee exposed to outside environment conditions, both hot and cold weather.

· Hours will vary based on the number of planned events and times for which they are scheduled.

EXPERIENCE:

· Some recreation experience or experience dealing with the public.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

· Ability to maintain effective relationships with Recreation Program Supervisor, co-workers, and parents; ability to serve as positive role model for children.
