Kindergarten classes rotate through up to 6 specials depending upon which tracks are in session. See your child's teacher for the weekly specials schedule.

Art: Students explore choice based art centers to experiment with various art materials. 

Music: Students sing songs and play instruments while discovering tempo and dynamics. 

PE: Students work on throwing, catching, jump roping, dribbling, gymnastics, kicking, dancing, fitness, basketball, soccer, and hockey. Students need to wear tennis shoes. 

Media: Students will listen to stories read aloud, do an activity, and check out a library book. They will also learn to navigate computers, internet tools, and use digital resources safely.  Please remember to send in library books on or before Media days! 

SEL: Social Emotional Learning- taught by school guidance counselors. 

STEM: Students will explore Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics based learning.
