Beginning Technical Theatre Arts Students will:

• Identify and understand basic theatre and technical theatre terminology.

• Recognize technical theatre fields and the careers available.

• Display understanding of safety procedures in the theatre and the scene shop.

• Develop and display creativity through the design process.

• Recognize the historical relevance of theatre.

• Develop techniques to analyze plays through a technical viewpoint.

• Communicate and Collaborate in order to create and problem-solve.
