3.01 CDC's understands and facilitates the implementation of a comprehensive Career Development program.

3.02 CDC' use their professional knowledge and skills to support and enhance students success.

• CDC's garner the support of the Business Alliance to develop Career Related events, and recruit Volunteers.

• CDC 's & Teachers sponsor Clubs, mentors student groups, meet with individual students for career advisement.

• Maintains website and blog to keep others informed of Career Activities, photos of events, etc.

• minutes from meetings, plus/delta at the end of PLT's to make them better.

3.03 CDC's recognize the inter-connectedness of the comprehensive education program and academic content areas/disciplines.

• CDC's are a Career Resource for all students and teachers. ..attend Department PLT's at both Schools to gather input and offer Resources, Class Guest Speakers, Off Site Learning Experiences...Field Trips, assist with paperwork

• Career programs are available to all students.

• I am on the intervention team at the high school and follow up on a caseload of students who are struggling academically.
