4. Go to File / Print
(Make sure to install the ICC Profile, RR Polar_Matte_Ep800.icc, into Library / Application Support/ColorSync Profiles. Otherwise, it won’t appear in the Printer Profile menu in the Photoshop Print dialogue.)
Format for: Select the Printer Name and Number you are sending the file to. It needs to be the Epson printer set up for Matte printing.
Click on “Print Settings”
Paper Size: Select Manage Custom Sizes..., at the bottom of the list.
Click +; name it BookProject, then input the Width to 6 inches, and then the Height to 38 inches,.
Set all the margins to .25 inches (they go to .13 inches if the printer is selected)
Click Save.
Check that the printer Name & Number that is selected is for the printer using matte paper.
Paper Size: Select BookProject
Orientation: Landscape
Scale: 100% (never resize an image in the Epson print driver...)
Click OK
5. Go to File / Print...
Printer: Select the exact same Printer Name and Number as in Page Set-up…
This is a matte surface paper, so make sure to use a Matte Ink Printer. Color Handling: Photoshop Manages Color
Printer Profile: Select RR Polar_Matte_EpP800.icc
In the Print Settings, make sure to select an Enhanced Matte Paper
Make sure to select No Color Management
This is a one-sided paper, so make sure to put the print side UP, into the printer. The coated side of the paper is whiter than the backside.
