Board games became very popular, they were popular in the 80's and many people played them. In the 80's the most popular board game was Trivial Pursuit, it came out in 1979 and became very popular in the 80's. It was Invented at the end of 1979, Trivial Pursuit took the coming '80s by storm.
Board games have been out for so long, we have all played at least one and do have atleast one favorite. We are all familiar with classics like Monopoly and Scrabble, but the first known board games originated from Egypt around 5,500 years ago and have evolved across cultures and societies ever since. since then many more board games have come out within the years, and there is many more to come. people still play them till this day and own a bunch of them, there is also a bunch of people who are board game collectors who collect a bunch of old board games. There are also a few board games that aren't made anymore and are considered rare or a Collectable simply because they aren't made anymore. back in the 80's Pac- Man was a pretty popular game. most people played Pac-Man when it first came out and everyone thought it was the best thing in the world. ever since the 80's people still too this day play it, and even the original one too you can still find in many places you go, aswell as arcades.
