Culinary and Baking Contests will be held at the following location (Restaurant Services - BYE): 

Ivy Tech Community College Culinary and Conference Center

2820 N. Meridian Street, Indianapolis, IN  46208

Baking and Pastry Arts and Restaurant Service contests will be held on Friday, Feb. 2.

Registration begins:  8:00 am

Facility Tour:  8:30 am

Contests begin: 9:00 am

                                                                                              Culinary Arts contest will be held will be held on Saturday, Feb. 3.

7:00 a.m.         Check-in; Competitors meet in the competition area to check in.

7:15 a.m.         Orientation, Clothing Check, Resume Turn-in      

7:20 a.m.         Kitchen Tour with Competition Host and Judges

7:30 a.m.         Every competitor has from 7:30 a.m. until 7:55 a.m. to set their station. 

7:55 a.m.         Open question and answer with Lead Judge in room 210 If a competitor is late and misses this                                      session, the questions will not be repeated or re-answered.

8:15  a.m.        Written Knowledge Test

8:45 a.m.         Competition starts      

                                Competitors will start in heats/groups staggered in intervals
