Team Wonder students became many things throughout an animal unit. They became authors, animal creators, researchers, and artists. Students were learning about defense mechanisms when they were introduced to the idea to create an animal to appear in a book series titled "Who Would Survive". Students chose two animals and became experts on those animals. After researching these animals, students began to create their animals on their iPads using the drawing tool on Keynote or Pages. While they were busy creating, Mrs. Czaplewski and Mrs. Kosinski paired them up with a classmate that had a similar animal. From there, Mrs. Kosinski shared a book template on Pages and connected the students so they could work and collaborate within the same document. Students then filled the template with their animals and their information! Check them out by downloading the books using the links below and decide...WHO WOULD SURVIVE?!
