Teams Promise, Enterprise, Resiliency, and Pursuit participated in an Ozobot Parade! Students learned about the Macy's Day Parade, decorated their own balloons using Keynote, and colored them in! Next, we secured the balloons to small robots called Ozobots! Ozobots operate by reading code that is created by markers. Students loved watching their balloons travel the parade route and enjoyed seeing some of the special codes- like Tornado!
Team Perseverance read Balloons over Broadway! It was a story about a puppeteer who turned his profession into designing the Macy’sDay Parade balloons! After reading the story, students designed their own balloons! Then, they arranged window arrays to show multiplication problems! Students did such an amazing job- the final product is amazing!
