Scheduling

Scheduling is a 3 step process and will begin in January of 2022 for the 2022-23 school year.

1. Students will fill out their paper requests sheet. Then they will transfer their requests into Skyward through their Student Skyward Log-In. Please reference the Various Forms & Applications at the bottom of this page to assist in decision making. Please also view the two Scheduling videos below to see how to transfer your classes into Skyward for next year:

*If you have questions please email your counselor. Don't simply say "I need to meet." Make sure your question is as specific as possible. Students and parents can view these requests through their log-in. Students will be asked to list back-up / alternative classes in rank order. These alternative classes will be used in instances in which their first choice is not available, if he/she does not meet the prerequisites, the class is too full, or if there is a scheduling conflict. Student requests are not guaranteed.

2. Counselors meet with students in January to confirm their class requests in Skyward.

3. Counselors work to have student schedules available by the last day of school, but this is not guaranteed.

4. All student/parent initiated schedule changes will need to be requested by June 3, 2022.
