M
y name is Ms. Juusola, but you can feel free to call me Ms. J.
I have been teaching at the Middle School since 2008. I have been fortunate enough to play lots of roles at the Middle School before joining Cluster 5 as the Inclusion Special Education teacher. I love this role, because I get to work with all students in Cluster 5 throughout all of your different classes. I feel it makes me an excellent trivia player!
I grew up in Arlington, and was an avid dancer and soccer player. I went to college locally at Lesley, where I received my Bachelor of Science degree and one of my Masters degrees. I also recently went back to school to get another Masters degree in Organizational Management. I guess I would be a forever student, if it weren’t so expensive!
When not in school, I like to read, travel, drink coffee, go to the beach, play soccer, and convince my friends to join me in trying anything new (ask me later about pottery!).
Eighth grade is about gaining courage, so in closing I will share a final thought by my favorite writer, F. Scott Fitzgerald.
“I hope you live a life that you are proud of, and if you’re not I hope you have the courage to start over again.”
