For Iowa Regents Universities (University of Iowa, Iowa State University, University of Northern Iowa) :
All official transcripts will be sent to the school you choose to attend at the end of the year. A final transcript request form will need to be filled out with Ms. Carter in the Main Office prior to the end of the school year.
Iowa Regents schools follow a self reporting application, in which students apply using self-reported information . High school graduates must achieve a Regent Admission Index (RAI) score of at least 245 and take a minimum number of required high school courses to qualify for automatic admission. The RAI combines factors that strong predict success at the Regent Universities : ACT or SAT test score, high school cumulative grade-point average, and the number of high school core courses.
If an unofficial high school transcript is needed to identify the number of core courses you have taken, please view your Infinite Campus portal or contact your school counselor.
Fill out a Transcript Release Form in the office with Ms. Carter
If you are not 18 years of age, a parent signature will be required.
A 24 hour notice is needed so please don't delay!

The first three transcripts you have sent are free, any MAILED after those first three, will be $1 each. If you are picking up the transcript, there is no charge.
