Step 1
To complete this step, attend your required meeting. All meetings will be held in the WHS Auditorium. Announcements will be made at the beginning of each block to call students to the auditorium.
During your meeting in the auditorium, your counselor will walk you through the graduation checklist, planning document, & navigation of the registration website.
Students will receive an email invitation in their school email for the correct Canvas Course.
Students: Log in to the "Registration 2025 -2026 Canvas Course to complete your Graduation Checklist, explore course options for next year, and begin your course planning document. Students must complete the Canvas assignments before inputting course requests into PowerSchool.
Parents and Families: Attend one of the two Open Houses!

IF NEEDED...
Our master schedule has effects on staffing, class sizes, and academic programs, so changes will only be made under the following conditions:
if a student is scheduled for a class for which he/she has not met the prerequisite;
if a student needs to retake a required class;
if a student wishes to change to a course that has an increase in quality points
if a student needs a course to meet the requirements of a post-secondary institution to which they plan to apply the following year.
Every effort is made to ensure that students receive their top choices of electives based on their course requests during spring registration.
Schedules will not be rearranged to accommodate extracurricular activities, time of day, or teacher preference. This includes online courses.
Choose your courses (including alternates) wisely when you register! Including a selection on your registration form (even as an alternate) is considered a course request.
