Theatre is a performance-based class--Students learn by doing every day and every class has a required public performance at the end of each semester
Tech Theatre classes are expected to staff Ross Auditorium rentals (and can get paid to do so)
Theatre is an ensemble-based class --You are expected to work with and for your ensemble members every day
Theatre classes can earn you a Performing Arts Honors Cord at graduation
Check whether your class is A/B Yearlong or Semester based
Be sure to talk with your band/orchestra teacher to see what classes would be your best fit
